Sync Dashboard doesn't open

Why the issue occurs

Most of the time, the issue is due to the status of the compatibility mode in the dashboard properties.


How to fix the issue

If the sync dashboard doesn't open, check the status of the compatibility mode in the dashboard properties:

In Cashflow360:

  1. Right-click on Sync Dashboard program icon
  2. Select Properties
  3. Go to Compatibility tab
  4. Select the checkbox for Run this program in compatibility mode for:
  5. Select OK
  6. Open the Sync Dashboard
