Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when you update, delete, or pay a bill, but the bill has been deleted in QuickBooks Online or is no longer linked between QuickBooks Online and Cashflow360.
How to fix the sync error
If the bill was deleted in QuickBooks Online, please contact Customer Support to resync the bill.
If the bill is active in QuickBooks Online, please contact Customer Support to relink the bills.
