Disable and Enable Virtual cards

Cashflow360 Virtual Card offers you a free digital alternative to paying by check or ePayment and delivers faster payments to your vendor.

You can easily control which vendors receive virtual card payments instead of a check or ePayment, or you can disable virtual cards for all vendors at once if needed.

Enable or disable virtual cards at the vendor level

This setting will enable or disable virtual cards per vendor. To enable virtual cards for any vendor, the account level setting below must first be enabled.

Important note: If you disable virtual cards for a vendor, any in-flight and unprocessed virtual card payments to that vendor will be voided and reissued as a check or ePayment.

1. Select Vendors in the navigation menu
2. Select the vendor's name
3. Select More Actions then Edit Vendor
4. Under Virtual Card Payment Option toggle virtual cards to enabled or disabled
   1. If you enable virtual cards, enter the Remittance Email, which is where we will send the virtual card number
   2. Check Make this my vendor‘s default payment method if you'd like virtual cards to be the default for this vendor
5. Select Save

Note: It may take up to 10 minutes to update the status.

Enable or disable virtual cards at the account level

This setting will enable or disable virtual for your whole account. To enable virtual cards for any vendor, this account level setting must first be enabled. If you disable the account level setting, any previously enabled vendors will also be disabled.

Important note: If you disable virtual cards, any in-flight and unprocessed virtual card payments will be voided and reissued as a check or ePayment.

1. Select Settings
2. Select Virtual Card Preferences under Payables
   • Select Opt Out VCard Payment to disable virtual cards for all vendors
   • Select Opt In VCard Payment to enable virtual cards for all eligible vendors. You can still opt out individual vendors using the steps above.
