Enable or Disable QuickBooks Online document sync

If you sync with QuickBooks Online, you can enable or disable document sync in your sync preferences.

Enable document sync

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Preferences under Sync & Integrations
  3. Select Edit icon
  4. Check the Sync Documents to QBO box to sync documents from Cashflow360 to QBO
  5. Check the Sync Documents from QBO box to sync documents from QBO to Cashflow360
  6. Select Save

Disable document sync

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Preferences under Sync & Integrations
  3. Select Edit icon
  4. Uncheck the Sync Documents to QBO box to disable syncing documents from Cashflow360 to QBO
  5. Uncheck the Sync Documents from QBO box to disable syncing documents from QBO to Cashflow360
  6. Select Save
