Enable or Disable QuickBooks Online document sync
If you sync with QuickBooks Online, you can enable or disable document sync in your sync preferences.

Enable document sync
- Select Settings
- Select Preferences under Sync & Integrations
- Select Edit icon
- Check the Sync Documents to QBO box to sync documents from Cashflow360 to QBO
- Check the Sync Documents from QBO box to sync documents from QBO to Cashflow360
- Select Save
Disable document sync
- Select Settings
- Select Preferences under Sync & Integrations
- Select Edit icon
- Uncheck the Sync Documents to QBO box to disable syncing documents from Cashflow360 to QBO
- Uncheck the Sync Documents from QBO box to disable syncing documents from QBO to Cashflow360
- Select Save
