If you sync with QuickBooks Online, you have the option to also sync documents with Cashflow360.

What syncs with QuickBooks Online document sync?
Documents attached to saved bills in Cashflow360 will sync to the associated bills in QuickBooks Online, when document sync is enabled. Similarly, documents attached to saved bills in QuickBooks Online will sync to the associated bills within Cashflow360.
When does the document sync to QuickBooks Online?
When a document is attached to a bill, the bill is saved, and then a sync is run, the document will then sync to QuickBooks Online or to Cashflow360, if document sync was enabled before the document was attached and the bill saved.
Where does the document sync to in QuickBooks Online/Cashflow360?
The document will sync to the Attachments section of the bill details in QuickBooks Online and Cashflow360.
Will documents sync from QuickBooks Online to Cashflow360?
Yes, QuickBooks Online document sync is bidirectional. This means documents will sync from QuickBooks Online to Cashflow360 and from Cashflow360 to QuickBooks Online.
Will only pages associated with a bill sync from a multi-page document?
No. A document will only sync to the first bill it is linked to. Best Practice is to attach a document to only a single bill.
Is there a file size limit on syncing documents?
Yes; documents must be 25MB or less to sync to QuickBooks Online, as that is QuickBooks Online's attachment limit.
If I remove a document from a bill in Cashflow360, will that sync to QuickBooks Online?
No. The document must be removed from QuickBooks Online manually as well. Similarly, documents removed from QuickBooks Online will also need to be manually removed from Cashflow360.
Why isn't my document syncing?
If your document isn't syncing, here are some things you can check:
- Is document sync enabled?
- Was the document in your inbox before you enabled document sync?
- Only documents uploaded to the inbox after document sync is enabled will sync to QuickBooks Online when attached to a bill
- Is the document 25MB or less?
- Bills that are created and immediately marked as PAID in QuickBooks Online do not sync to Cashflow360. Documents that are attached to such PAID bills in QuickBooks Online will also not sync to Cashflow360.
