Import Error: Invoice line item not mapped to an item

Why the import error occurs

When importing invoices to Cashflow360, items on the invoices must already exist in Cashflow360. If an invoice is imported with an item not yet added to Cashflow360, an error similar to this will appear:

Invoice "1" for customer "John" failed. A line item had an item that was not mapped to an item in. Item name: "PT002"


How to fix the import error

To resolve the issue, create the item in Cashflow360 with the exact name as it appears on the invoice.
