Import Error: Invoice line item not mapped to an item

When importing invoices to Cashflow360℠, items on the invoices must already exist in Cashflow360. If an invoice is imported with an item not yet added to Cashflow360, an error similar to this will appear:

Invoice "1" for customer "John" failed. A line item had an item that was not mapped to an item in. Item name: "PT002"

Resolving the Import Error

To resolve the issue, create the item in Cashflow360 with the exact name as it appears on the invoice.
