What a customer sees when charged for a payment

When a customer is charged for an ePayment, they'll receive the following:

  • An email notification sent to the primary contact email
  • An update on their bank statement about the debit (called a header)

The header is the information of the debit displayed on a customer's bank statement. The header will include:

  • Debit by Cashflow360
  • Business name of the company receiving payment
  • Invoice number(s) being paid
  • Amount

Email Notification

The email notification will include:

  • Your Company name
  • Invoice number(s) the payment is for
    • Limit of 20 characters
  • Amount of Invoice(s)
  • Amount Paid
  • Payment Date
  • Total
