QuickBooks Desktop sync error: Missing account
Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when an account associated with the bill is inactive in Cashflow360.
How to fix the sync error
To resolve this error, review the bill for inactive accounts and restore the account:
- Open the bill with the sync error
- Select the Account link in the Expenses section
- If the account is inactive, select the open trash can icon to reactivate the account
