QuickBooks Online sync error: All bill line items needs to have the same location

Why the sync error occurs

This error will occur when:

  • One or more line items on a bill in Cashflow360℠ is missing a location
  • More than one location is used on a bill, since QuickBooks Online only allows one location per bill

How to fix the sync error

In Cashflow360"

  1. Select Bills in the navigation menu
  2. Select the All bills tab
  3. Select the invoice number of the bill with the error
  4. Verify that a location is selected for each line item, and that they are all the same location
  5. Select Save
  6. Sync again
