QuickBooks Online sync error: Missing Invoice acctid: XXXXX
Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when a received payment is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online, but either:
- The invoice for the payment hasn't yet synced to QuickBooks Online
- The invoice for the payment isn't connected between QuickBooks Online and Cashflow360
How to fix the sync error
Contact Customer Support to resync or relink the invoice.
