QuickBooks Online sync error: Some chart of accounts of type Equity may not sync
Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when a chart of account created in Cashflow360 is type Equity and can't sync to QuickBooks Online.
How to fix the sync error
- Create the account manually in QuickBooks Online
- Verify that the exact name and spelling is used on QuickBooks Online as is in Cashflow360 to ensure that the account's name matches and links
- Sync again
