QuickBooks Online sync error: Some chart of accounts of type Equity may not sync

Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when a chart of account created in Cashflow360 is type Equity and can't sync to QuickBooks Online.


How to fix the sync error

  1. Create the account manually in QuickBooks Online
  2. Verify that the exact name and spelling is used on QuickBooks Online as is in Cashflow360 to ensure that the account's name matches and links
  3. Sync again
