QuickBooks Online sync error: The TaxId field in QuickBooks Online is encrypted in vendor
Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when a vendor's TaxID field isn't fully visible in QuickBooks Online and marked to be encrypted.
How to fix the sync error
- Check the Tax Id field in QuickBooks Online
- Verify that it's correct and that all numbers are visible
- Sync again
Alternatively, manually update the vendor details in Cashflow360 and sync again.
