QuickBooks Online sync error: The TaxId field in QuickBooks Online is encrypted in vendor

Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when a vendor's TaxID field isn't fully visible in QuickBooks Online and marked to be encrypted.

How to fix the sync error

  1. Check the Tax Id field in QuickBooks Online
    • Verify that it's correct and that all numbers are visible
  2. Sync again

Alternatively, manually update the vendor details in Cashflow360℠ and sync again.
