Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when a bill in Cashflow360 is deleted, but the bill is matched to a transaction in a register in QuickBooks Online that's different from the bill in Cashflow360.
How to fix the sync error
- Manually delete the bill in QuickBooks Online
- Contact Customer Support to request the error be cleared
