Company name is cut off during QuickBooks Online sync setup
If you have multiple companies in QuickBooks Online whose names are similar, and are longer than 30 characters, the company name may be cut off when you are setting up the sync, and it may be difficult to determine which to select to connect to.
Note: Cashflow360 utilizes Bill.com to transfer information between Cashflow360 and QuickBooks Online.

In this case, we suggest renaming your companies in QuickBooks Online, to differentiate them in the list. For example, you can add an asterisk ( * ) to the beginning of a company name to set it apart from other companies in your list with the same name.
Note: It may take up to 15 minutes for QuickBooks Online to process and display the updated name.
