Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when a vendor or customer in Cashflow360 is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online, but the name is greater than 50 characters. QuickBooks Online has a vendor and customer name limit of 40 characters.
How to fix the sync error
Update the vendor or customer name in Cashflow360 to 50 or fewer characters, and sync again.
