Sage Intacct sync error: Primary Account number invalid length, expecting(4) on account number
Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs because the account being synced to Sage Intacct doesn't have an associated 4-digit account number.
How to fix the sync error
- Select Settings
- Under Sync, select Status
- Select the name of the account getting the error
- Select the edit icon
- Enter a unique, 4-digit account number that isn't currently in use in your Cashflow360 account
- Select Save
- Sync again
