Sage Intacct sync: Transactions Aren't Syncing after Initial Sync

Why the issue occurs

This issue occurs when the Cashflow360℠ Sync Preferences are incomplete.

How to Fix the issue

To resolve the issue, complete the Sync Preferences in Cashflow360:

  1. In Cashflow360, select Settings
  2. Under Sync, select Preferences
  3. Verify that all required fields have been set
  4. Select Save
  5. Sync again
