Xero: Credit Card type accounts on bills

Credit card accounts can' be used on bills in Cashflow360 if the account syncs with Xero. Doing so will cause a sync error when attempting to sync to Xero.

This is because in Xero, a credit card account is set up as a bank account; it's advised that credit card bills be processed and paid outside of Cashflow360.
