Sync and the different versions of QuickBooks

Cashflow360 integrates with QuickBooks for Windows 2014 or later (Pro/Premier/Enterprise), and QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus or Advanced.

We currently don't support a direct integration with QuickBooks for Mac. If using QuickBooks for Mac, use our Import/Export feature.

QuickBooks versions

Cashflow360 integrates with the following versions of QuickBooks ONLY:

  • QuickBooks Desktop, Pro, Premier (all versions, including contractor edition)
  • QuickBooks Enterprise (all versions)
  • QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, or Advanced
    • Please visit the QuickBooks Online Feature Comparison Chart to determine the subscription needed to sync with Cashflow360, based on features available, as some features available in Cashflow360 aren't supported by the QuickBooks Online Essentials subscription (i.e. class tracking, billable expenses, etc.)

Things to know

QuickBooks Online has a Simple Start version of their accounting software. Neither the free version or paid version ($99) of Simple Start can integrate with Cashflow360.
