Assisted onboarding for Cashflow360

Cashflow360 is an integrated end-to-end payments solution that allows businesses of any size to process invoices and payments quickly and easily. With Cashflow360, you’ll be able to manage your receivables and payables right from, connect with a network of more than 2.6 million payees, and sync with compatible accounting software.

We understand that you may have unique needs based on established workflows and your accounting software data. The Cashflow360 support team at is happy to assist you with onboarding and setup so that you can get started immediately and realize the full benefits of the service.

How do I schedule an assisted onboarding session? After you’ve enrolled in Cashflow360, select the booking calendar below that corresponds with your accounting software:

- QuickBooks Desktop:
- QuickBooks Enterprise:
- QuickBooks Online:
- Xero:
- Intacct*:
- NetSuite*:
- Other:

Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email from your support specialist containing your ticket number, any pre-onboarding steps, and the web link and audio information for your session. Select the meeting link at the time of your session to connect with the support specialist and get started. You will be asked to provide your ticket number at the beginning of the call.

*To address each client’s data and workflow configuration, which may vary, Intacct and NetSuite users are required to schedule a guided implementation in order to sync with Cashflow360.
What is required for the session? You will need to access the administrator function of both Cashflow360 and your accounting software. The amount of time required for the session is generally 60-90 minutes, and may vary based on your accounting software.
What will I learn in the session? Where applicable, the specialist will assist with the following:

- Connecting/ Importing data from your accounting software
- Adding users
- Configuring approval workflows
- Setting up your Inbox to receive documents
- Setting up Receivables
- Using Cashflow360

If you do not see the described feature available in Cashflow360, you may not have access to the feature based on permissions for your role and/or your plan does not have this feature. If you wish to get access to the feature, please review the available plans for Cashflow360 and upgrade accordingly or contact the Administrator of your Cashflow360 account. Changes in monthly user fees may apply.
