Branded website address
Your branded website address points customers to a portal where they can pay you. It is a unique URL for Cashflow360. We include this URL on invoices you send through Cashflow360.
You can customize this URL by adding your company name at the end, or opt to remove it from invoices completely.
Customize your branded website address
- Select Settings
- Select Branded Website Address under Receivables
- Customize the URL
- Select Save
Remove the branded website from invoices
To remove the branded website address from invoices, create a template that does not show your branded website address and use this template for invoices you do not want to have the branded website address.
- Select Settings
- Select Invoice Templates under Receivables
- Select New
- Under footer, uncheck Link to Branded Website
- Select other options to customize the template
- Default - select this to be the default template for creating invoices
- Name - name the template so that it is easy to recognize
- Style - select each to see a preview
- Clean
- Classic
- Modern
- Title
- General - Choose the fields to show on an invoice using this template
- Items - Choose the fields to show on an invoice using this template
- Summary - Choose the fields to show on an invoice using this template
- Customer Message - a default message that shows on the invoice for customers
- Select Save
