Privacy for multiple payers on a Customer Portal account

When more than one person is making payments through a single Portal account, they have the option to make their payment methods private from other users on the same portal account.

Making a portal payment method private

In the portal account, your customer will:

  1. Hover over the gear icon, select Bank Accounts
  2. Select your bank account number
  3. Select the edit icon
  4. Select Private
  5. Select Save

This will hide the bank account from all other users who log into the same portal account.
