iOS Mobile App for Collaborators: Contacting Support

Collaborators can contact Cashflow360℠ Support from the iOS mobile app by following these steps:

  1. From the Home screen in your BILL app, select on the Options bars
  2. Select Support
  3. Select Contact us
  4. Enter your question to see if there's an answer already in our support center
  5. Select Ask Question
  6. If the articles offered don't answer your question, select Contact Support
  7. Enter a detailed description of your issue
  8. Select Submit

When you select Submit, you are sending an email to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For immediate help, contact us by logging into your Cashflow360 account on a computer, and chatting with us through our secure Support Center. Chat Agents are available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm Pacific Time.
