Customize and export the Bills page

Customize the columns on the bills page to show only the columns that are important to you. You can also export and download lists of bills, based on filters and columns applied, to get the exact information you need right from the Bills page.


Customize the bills page

To customize the bills list page to show or hide columns:

  1. Select Bills in the navigation menu
  2. Select the Customize columns icon in the upper right corner
  3. Select the checkboxes to show columns, or deselect the checkboxes to hide columns
    • Columns available will depend on your enabled classifications and features:
    • Invoice #
    • Attachments
    • Notes
    • Vendor
    • Chart of account
    • Location
    • Department
    • Class
    • Invoice date
    • Due date
    • Approval status
    • Currency
    • Invoice amount
    • Balance due
    • Payment status
    • Process date
    • Type - Est Arrival
    • Payment amount
    • Pay from
  4. Select Apply

Export the bills page

Export the bills shown on your bills page, based on filters and columns applied, by using these steps:

  1. Select Bills in the navigation menu
  2. Select More actions
  3. Select Export .CSV or Export to Excel


Things to know

  • The exported file will appear in the Downloads section of your browser, titled "export" or "export-X" with X being the number of the export. For example, the first export file will be called "export," the next one will be called "export-2" and so on.
  • Depending on the filters and columns you've applied, the download will have the same filtered data
    • The filter list itself isn't exported
  • The export doesn't include the values for associated documents, notes, checkboxes and/or actions
  • If you want to load all records listed, you will need to scroll down and select "load XXX more" until all records are shown, prior to exporting.
