Additional Contacts for Vendors

Manage additional contacts on your vendor records with the steps below.


Add a contact

  1. Select Vendors in the navigation menu
  2. Select the vendor to add contacts for
  3. Select Contacts
  4. Select Add Contact
  5. Add new contact's details
  6. Select Save

Edit a contact

  1. Select Vendors in the navigation menu
  2. Select the vendor to add contacts for
  3. Select Contacts
  4. Select the more options dots on the row of the contact
  5. Select Edit
  6. Edit details
  7. Select Save

Delete a contact

  1. lick Vendors in the navigation menu
  2. Select the vendor to add contacts for
  3. Select Contacts
  4. Select the more options dots on the row of the contact
  5. Select Delete
  6. Select Yes to confirm

Note: Deleted contacts can not be restored.
