Cashflow360 Virtual Card payment statuses
The following Virtual Card payment statuses appear on the Payments Out page:
Scheduled: Payment has been scheduled to be processed
Sent: The Virtual Card number has been created and an email notification with the card number has been sent to the vendor
Cleared: Vendor has successfully authorized and settled the payment
Expired: The Virtual Card number has expired and is no longer valid. Once expired, you have 2 days to reissue as either a new Virtual Card, or using the vendor's alternate payment method. If no action is taken, the payment will be auto-voided, and funds remitted to the originating bank
In Progress: The Virtual Card number has not been sent yet
Canceled: The Virtual Card payment was canceled before being sent
Void: The Virtual Card number was voided before authorization
