Process date vs. arrives by date

When paying bills, review the auto-populated dates.

  • The Process Date is the day funds are withdrawn from the bank account

  • The Arrives By Date is the day that the payment will be delivered to your vendor. This date is determined by payment method:

    • Check payments: "Est. Arrival" is displayed for check payments as the arrival is dependent on USPS delivery times
    • ePayments: the "Arrives by" date is exact and is the date the payment deposits to your vendor's bank
    • Virtual Card: the "Arrives by" date is the date that your vendor receives the email with the Virtual Card number
