Process date vs. arrives by date
When paying bills, review the auto-populated dates.
The Process Date is the day funds are withdrawn from the bank account
The Arrives By Date is the day that the payment will be delivered to your vendor. This date is determined by payment method:
- Check payments: "Est. Arrival" is displayed for check payments as the arrival is dependent on USPS delivery times
- ePayments: the "Arrives by" date is exact and is the date the payment deposits to your vendor's bank
- Virtual Card: the "Arrives by" date is the date that your vendor receives the email with the Virtual Card number
