Sage Intacct sync error: Line X: The project you selected is not associated with the customer you selected. When you select a project dimension, that project must be associated to the customer dimension that you selected at the line level.

Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when you link a bill to a PO in Cashflow360℠ and that link tries to sync to Sage Intacct, but the project selected on a line item(s) on the bill isn't associated to the customer selected for that same line in Sage Intacct.

How to fix the Sync sync error

Edit the linked bill in Cashflow360 to select a customer and project that are associated in Sage Intacct, or associate the customer and project in Sage Intacct and sync again.
