Android Mobile App for Collaborators: Contacting Support

Collaborators can contact Cashflow360℠ Support from the Android mobile app by following these steps:

In the BILL app:

  1. From the Home screen, Select the Options bars on the top left
  2. Select Support
  3. Select Contact us
  4. Enter a detailed description of issue
  5. Select Submit

After selecting Send, an email will be sent to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For more immediate assistance, the best way to contact us is by logging in to your Cashflow360 account through a computer and chatting with us securely through our Support Center. Chat Agents are available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm Pacific Time.
