Sage Intacct Sync Error: Bill XXXX cannot be created in Bill.com Invalid entity data. poNumber: Maximum length cannot be greater than 100 characters

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when a bill which is linked to a purchase order in Intacct cannot be created in Cashflow360 because the PO number is greater than 100 characters.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  1. Edit the purchase orders reference number to make it less than 100 characters.
  2. If the purchase order is already closed in Intacct and cannot be edited, create a bill in Cashflow360 and contact Customer Support to mark the bill to not sync.
